Dan and I have driven by it a million times, and every time I looked at that big awning that says 'Beth's Cafe' and thought, 'I should really go there some time'. The specialty is a 12-egg omelet. Then I took it home and nuked it for breakfast for the next three days. Yes, three. And it was good. Even the hash browns. And I normally hate hashbrowns.<br /><br /><br />I had read online raves about their milkshakes, so I ordered a vanilla milkshake to go with my six egg omelet. Why is my milkshake sidewise? Why, blogger, why? Maybe it's a metaphor to indicate how thick and creamy this milkshake was.
